Claim a profile

If this is your office, or you work for the officeholder, you can ask to manage the profile. Managing it means keeping the photo, the biography and the official links up to date, and proposing other changes for an editor to check.

How it works

  1. You send this form with evidence of your connection to the officeholder.
  2. An administrator checks the evidence. Nobody is given access before that check: sending the form creates no account.
  3. If it is approved, we email you a link to set your password, and the profile appears in your dashboard.

What counts as evidence

  • A letter of appointment, for a media aide or other member of staff.
  • A staff identity card, or a letter on the office's letterhead naming you.
  • For the officeholder: any official document showing you hold the office.

Your document is stored privately and seen only by administrators. It is never published and never shown on the profile. One email address can manage one profile.

What a manager cannot do

A manager cannot delete anything, publish an office or a party entry by themselves, or change another profile. The page keeps its history, so every change stays visible. We document the record as it is; being a manager does not change what the evidence says.
